Again, I purchased this as a birthday present. Because of the Covid-19 virus, I am not able to shop for "quality" products. This is the first time I have ever shopped on-line, but the service from Pia was wonderful, and I will certainly shop with them again. The purse was lovely - I'm thinking of getting one for myself!
