I have not seen it as it was a gift. Apparently it is a beautiful necklace. I was assured it would be in a case? When sending a gift it is useful to know how it will arrive. This was not obvious in your brochure and I required to phone to ask if it would be boxed. Jewellery of that price ought to be in a presentation case.
