These earrings looked lovely however I had difficulty in opening the hoops. I was concerned that I would bend or snap the fitting. I rang Pia Help desk and after a very helpful discussion decided to send them back. I was sent a return label by email. As I was preparing to send them back my husband looked at the fitting and he worked out how to open them without damage and, with use, they are now easy to put in. I was very pleased as these are really pretty earrings and I have had lots of compliments. Thank you to Pia for their prompt support and help, just glad I didn’t have to send them back.

These are lovely earrings, bought to replace Pia pearl drop earrings when I lost one. Just the right size, big enough to notice but not too big.
