When I opened the box , I was absolutely delighted with what I saw. I put the brooch on my jacket lapel immediately. I had bought the brooch to remind me of my daughter, who dances all over the world, and spends long periods away from home . However, less than an hour later, when I was out and about doing shopping, the brooch fell off my jacket, fell to the ground and two large crystals fell out, and the pin bent.
I am really upset and disappointed by this, as it cannot be worn anymore. I have bought several things from you before, and been very pleased with them all, so am very upset by this.
